Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You’re never locked into anything and it’ll be an easy transition to get your data from Finch.

If I cancel my services, how do I get my data?

We input all data into secure web-based servers with Quickbooks, which makes it easy for us to help you export your information to your own computer.

How do I get my existing books and information to Finch?

Sometimes it’s as easy as simply sending your Balance Sheet and Income Statement; sometimes it’s more difficult. We’ll help you every step of the way and work with you closely.

How do I pay Finch?

It’s easy! When you sign up here for our services, we collect your payment with our secure online payment processor. That charges simply becomes a recurring charge each month that you use Finch.

I haven’t done my books or taxes in a while. Do you provide catch-up services?

Yes we do! Contact us to learn more about what we can do for you.

Can you file my taxes?

We have a CPA on staff, so we are able to offer tax-filing services for your business and personal returns.

Does Finch handle check requests and expense reimbursements?

We have a web form that clients and staff can complete – one for check requests and one for expense reimbursements. We then send our the payments accordingly.

Do you prepare W2s, 1099s, and file necessary payroll taxes (e.g. 940 or 941)?

If you use Finch Payroll for your payroll needs, yes – all of the necessary forms and taxes are filed by us for you.

How does the pricing structure work?

We tried to make this as easy as possible. Essentially, we charge based on monthly income (for churches) and monthly expenses (for businesses). For every $10K in income or expenses (based on your organization) we charge $100 more from the base price.

If I use Quickbooks, do I need to maintain my subscription?

You will simply transfer the Quickbooks Online subscription over to us as the “Master Admin”. From there, we will take over the billing directly and Finch will be charged the fee. The idea is for Finch clients to be charged an “all inclusive” monthly fee, so you don’t get “nickeled and dimed”.

How do I get information on my finances?

Each client has a Finch portal where you can login to access your monthly Finch report. The Finch report has all financial statements along with added metrics created by your Finch analyst to help you better manage your organization.

Do you prepare Giving Statements for churches and non-profits?

Yes! It’s an added feature that we can prepare and send at the end of the year for an additional charge.
